Linyi City is located in southeastern Shandong Yimeng piedmont. With the expansion of rice and wheat two hot areas, coupled with successive years of spring and early summer drought, inadequate water sense of day. In order to explore how to develop rice production under water shortage conditions, a pilot study on water-saving cultivation of rice has been carried out since 1979. Success in 1983. 1984 ~
