【摘 要】2011年对新疆某预制砼板防渗干渠的破坏情况进行了调查,调查结果如下。阳坡:基本无冻胀破坏问题,混凝土板基本完好,仅个别混凝土板因质量差而产生断裂酥散,已将破损板替换维修。

【Abstract】2011 destruction of Xinjiang impermeable trunk sewer, a precast concrete panels were investigated, the findings are as follows. Sunny: no frost heave destruction of the basic concrete slabs are largely intact, only the individual concrete slab due to the poor quality of fracture crunchy, the damaged plate has been replaced maintenance.

2011年对新疆某预制砼板防渗干渠的破坏情况进行了调查,调查结果如下。阳坡:基本无冻胀破坏问题,混凝土板基本完好,仅个别混凝土板因质量差而产生断裂酥散,水管处已将破损板替换维修。渠底:有轻微冻胀破坏问题,渠底基本平整,局部有冻胀隆起;因混凝土板因质量差,而产生断裂酥散的比例约30~50%阴坡:冻胀破坏问题较严重,现场勘察测量,有较明显的冻胀隆起现象的渠段有5620m,局部段已影响到渠道运行稳定,需改造重建。新疆属寒冷地区,灌区内部渠基土又多为冻胀土,地下水含盐量又较高。所以在对渠道进行砼面板防渗设计中,如何有效避免渠道砼板的破坏问题,成了灌区节水改造是否成功的关键。结合新疆实际,本文将对渠道砼面板产生坡坏的类型、原因及修复措施进行分析介绍,以期对以后的渠道防渗设计有所帮助。
