The newly promulgated “Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance” consists of 8 chapters and 64 articles in total, of which the provisions concerning insurance benefits and safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of workers occupy an absolute majority. In the first article of the “Regulations”, it is stated explicitly that the “Regulations” are “to promote occupational injury prevention and occupational rehabilitation in order to ensure medical and economic compensation for employees who have been injured in work accidents or suffering from occupational diseases.” This theme charge
