抗精子抗体等免疫学因素是不孕症的原因之一。约10～20%不孕症是由免疫学因素造成的。目前仅抗精子抗体致不孕的机理了解得比较清楚,并发展了一些检测和治疗抗精子抗体方法。这些方法各有其优缺点,因此在分析检测结果和选择治疗方法时应全面考虑。为此本文综述了免疫因素所引起不孕症的原因和机理。同时对抗精子抗体的检测技术和治疗方法进行了综述和评价。
Anti-sperm antibodies and other immunological factors is one of the causes of infertility. About 10 to 20% of infertility is caused by immunological factors. At present, only the mechanism of antisperm antibody infertility is well understood, and some methods for detecting and treating antisperm antibodies have been developed. Each of these methods has its advantages and disadvantages, so it should be fully considered in the analysis of test results and the selection of treatment methods. This article reviews the causes and mechanisms of infertility caused by immune factors. At the same time, anti-sperm antibody detection techniques and treatment methods were reviewed and evaluated.
