笔者前一段时间有幸参加了总行举办的二级分行纪委监察室负责人培训班,较系统地学习了纪检监察的基础知识和实际应用方法。把学到的知识与在基层的感受联系起来,笔者以为,做好二级分行廉政案防工作要力求“三个贴近”。1.贴近基层。基层处在业务发展最前线,任务繁重,又没有专门的人手来做廉政案防工作。基层管理人员多是从具体操作岗位上成长起来的,在内控案防上不知道自己该做什么和怎么做。所以,纪检部门必须要让基层管理人员明白自己的职责,了解案防工作的具体内容。同时,布置安排廉政案防工作也要从基
