The further development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has set new requirements for the construction of socialist democracy. The task is complicated and arduous. Only by closely following the party’s leadership can we accomplish the historic mission. This poses a new challenge to the party’s ability. The party must keep pace with the times and continuously improve its governing ability in order to shoulder the important task of the times.
