预应力混凝土梁施工各工序联系紧密,具有程序化工厂化的施工特点,但在实际应用中,优化的施工方法可以更好地保证施工质量。为了寻求进一步优化施工工艺,改进施工措施,需做系统性的工艺优化研究。结合鹤大高速公路小沟岭至抚松段建设项目ZT08标段30m预制箱梁的具体情况,分别从钢筋加工及安装、混凝土控制、梁体养生等多个方面就预制梁的施工工艺进行研究探讨。通过对预应力混凝土梁的施工工艺研究,目的是在今后的施工中细化施工工艺,强化施工措施,确保预应力混凝土梁的施工质量及施工成本的控制。
