武汉大学最近进行了“社会究竟需要什么人才”的用人市场调查研究。被调查单位遍布30个省、自治区、直辖市,调查对象包括各种类型及各种性质与规模的单位。调查显示,敬业精神是用人单位最为看好的人才素质,占91.1%。合作精神(44.7%)、政治素质(44.6%)、身体健康(44.6%)、吃苦耐劳(42.2%)和心理素质(30%)依次为用人单位所看重。在能力上,分析与解决问题的能力是用人单位第一看重的,占68.7%,其次是独立工作能力(53.3%)再就是实践动手能力(48.1%)。可见,用人单位最重要的是实干。组织管理能力(35.4%)、人际交往能力(27.6%)、科研能力(14.8%)等其他能力也显得很重要。当然,
