本文从理论上分析了粉状物料在垂直和倾斜管內靠自重流动时摩擦阻力对运动的影响。结合生产实践分析了由于摩擦阻力而形成的翻板式锁气阀所固有的特性及其影响因素。提出了使锁气阀处于最佳工作状态的设计计算方法。
In this paper, the influence of the frictional resistance on the movement of powdery materials when they flow by gravity in vertical and inclined tubes is theoretically analyzed. Combining with the production practice, the inherent characteristics and influential factors of the flap-type lock air valve due to frictional resistance were analyzed. The design and calculation method that makes the lock valve in the best working condition is put forward.
