本文设计了利用引伸仪简易测试裂纹张开应力方法。该法均使用通用仪器,操作简便,测试结果明显,并能实现张开应力连续测试。利用该法对16Mn钢在不同循环应力比下的裂纹扩展张开应力进行了测试。结果显示,裂纹扩展中张开应力基本保持恒定,且与循环应力比具有线性关系。但裂纹扩展后期,由于裂尖前端屈服区的增大,张开应力开始逐渐下降。通过经验数据啮合还给出了有效应力强度因子求解方法。
In this paper, a simple method to test crack opening stress by extensometer is designed. The law are used common equipment, easy to operate, the test results were obvious, and can achieve open stress continuous test. The method was used to test the crack propagation stress of 16Mn steel under different cyclic stress ratios. The results show that the open stress in crack propagation is basically constant and has a linear relationship with cyclic stress ratio. However, in the late stage of crack propagation, the open stress begins to decrease due to the increase of the yield zone at the tip of the crack tip. The method of solving the effective stress intensity factor is also given through the empirical data.
