云锡卡房采选厂是云锡公司的一个分厂,位于个旧市的南方,海拔1730米,个(旧)—金(平)公路通过厂区。该厂是一个由小型土选厂逐渐发展为砂锡的中型选厂。矿石来自老厂矿田的大坪子和新山石田的403块段,目前已有少量坑下脉矿。选矿用水来自本区地下水,用电由滇南电业局电网供给,尾矿排入选厂附近的犀牛塘和月牙塘。
