为了解我市乡村两级医疗卫生队伍建设的现状,探索加强医疗卫生队伍建设的有效途径,近日,我市政府研究室组织人员到卫生部门和部分乡镇,对全市乡村两级医疗卫生队伍建设情况开展专题调研活动。现将调研情况总结如下:一、乡村两级卫生队伍现状(一)基本情况。我市辖27个乡镇(办事处)、708个行政村,57个居委会,总人口97.1万,其中农业人口76万。全市共有社区卫生服务中心4个,乡镇卫生院24个(包括7个中心乡镇卫生院)、乡镇卫生院分院40个、村卫生室568个,未设置
