大量的ＷＷＷ数据在Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ上被重复传输，严重浪费了网络带宽，同时也给ＷＷＷ网络服务器带来了极重的负荷。通过在网上建立公共Ｃａｃｈｅ，可以减少文件在网上的重复传输，从而降低网络带宽的浪费，减轻网络服务器的负担，最终降低用户响应时间。本文首先讨论了当前解决网络带宽浪费问题所用的方法及其不足之处，然后提出了利用公共Ｃａｃｈｅ解决该问题的原理，并给出了详细设计，最后提出了进一步的研究方向
A large number of WWW data is repeatedly transmitted on the Internet, seriously wasting network bandwidth, but also to the WWW network server brings a heavy load. By setting up a public cache on the Internet, the repeated transmission of files on the Internet can be reduced, thereby reducing the waste of network bandwidth, reducing the load on the web server, and finally reducing the user response time. This paper first discusses the current methods to solve the problem of network bandwidth waste and its shortcomings, and then proposes the use of public Cache to solve the problem of the principle, and gives a detailed design, and finally proposed further research directions
