面对日益激烈的国际科技竞争,中国必须创办自主品牌并具有国际影响力的精品科技期刊来推动我国科技的自主创新。国家有关部门应重点扶持一批代表国内最高学术水平的、并且有一定国际化基础的、我国优势学科和重点学科的科技期刊,并大力发展英文版期刊和高校专业期刊,从而改变中国科技期刊整体大而不强的面貌。
Faced with increasingly fierce international competition in science and technology, China must establish its own brand of high-quality sci-tech periodicals with international influence to promote independent innovation in science and technology in China. Relevant departments of the State shall give priority to supporting a batch of scientific and technical journals that represent the highest academic level in China and have a certain international basis and are based on our dominant disciplines and key disciplines and will vigorously develop English periodicals and periodicals of higher learning to change the overall status of Chinese periodicals Big but not strong look.
