利用我院专利技术生产的一年生植物纤维(碎料)复合板材已进入国内千家万户,创造了过亿元的经济效益。专利技术的要素之一是如何处理板坯中“水”的问题,板坯中水的来源很广,绝干板坯不能压制成板。板坯含水率过高又将给压制工艺带来极大困难,由计算和实验找出板坯的最佳含水率,在最佳含水率的范围内压制板材可克服压制中的许多弊端。本文还介绍了板坯含水率的简易计算方法。
The annual plant fiber (crushed material) composite sheet produced using our patented technology has entered thousands of households in China, creating economic benefits of over 100 million yuan. One of the elements of patented technology is how to deal with the problem of “water” in the slab. The source of water in the slab is very wide, and the dry slab cannot be pressed into a slab. The high moisture content of the slab will bring great difficulties to the pressing process. The optimum moisture content of the slab will be found by calculation and experiment. Pressing the plate within the optimum moisture content can overcome many defects in the pressing. This article also introduced a simple calculation method for the moisture content of slabs.
