目的分析平顶山市传染病自动预警结果,为提高传染病预警能力及效率提供依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制系统平台,对其子系统“传染病自动预警信息系统”发出的平顶山市2010年全部信息与数据进行描述性分析。结果 2010年预警系统共发出2559条预警信息,最终确定为暴发流行3条,预警信号阳性率为0.12%;全市预警信号的平均响应时间为1.37h(﹤2h)。发出预警信号较多的病种依次为手足口病、流行性腮腺炎、丙肝、其他感染性腹泻病和痢疾。结论传染病自动预警信息系统的应用,提高了该市早期发现和识别传染病暴发的能力。
Objective To analyze the automatic early warning results of infectious diseases in Pingdingshan and provide the basis for improving the early warning ability and efficiency of infectious diseases. Methods Using the platform of China’s disease prevention and control system, a descriptive analysis of all information and data of Pingdingshan City in 2010 issued by its subsystem “Automatic Warning Information System for Infectious Diseases” was conducted. Results A total of 2559 early warning messages were issued in 2010 early warning system and finally identified as 3 outbreaks. The positive rate of early warning signals was 0.12%. The average response time of early warning signals of the whole city was 1.37h (<2h). The disease types with more early warning signals were hand-foot-mouth disease, mumps, hepatitis C, other infectious diarrhea and dysentery in turn. Conclusion The application of the automatic warning information system for infectious diseases has improved the city’s capability of early detection and identification of outbreaks of infectious diseases.
