目的 研究乏氧显像剂99mTcHL91 作为肿瘤阳性显像剂,以及肿瘤坏死对其显像的影响。方法 从人乳腺癌荷瘤裸鼠尾静脉注射99mTcHL91 74 MBq,采集荷瘤裸鼠图像,处死后测量各脏器、组织和肿瘤的重量和放射性,肿瘤切片,进行放射性自显影和显像。结果 肿瘤显影清晰,注射后6 小时显像上,肿瘤和头部、胸部的放射性比值分别为2.44 ±0 .53 、2 .13 ±0 .64 。非坏死肿瘤和坏死肿瘤的放射性比值为377 ±0 .35 。肿瘤切片的放射性自显影和显像上可见坏死部分放射性低于非坏死部分。肿瘤和腹部、肝脏和肠的放射性比值低。结论 人乳腺癌荷瘤裸鼠的瘤体在99mTcHL91 显像上为清晰的阳性病灶;坏死肿瘤组织的放射性摄取低于非坏死肿瘤;99mTcHL91在腹部脏器滞留量高,影响其在腹部肿瘤诊断中的应用。
Objective To study the hypoxic imaging agent 99mTc-HL91 as a positive tumor imaging agent and the effect of tumor necrosis on its imaging. Methods The nude mice bearing human breast cancer were injected with 99mTc-HL91 74 MBq in the tail vein. The images of tumor-bearing nude mice were collected. The weight and radioactivity of various organs, tissues and tumors were measured after sacrifice. The tumor sections were autoradiographed and visualized. . Results The tumor was clearly imaged, and the radioactivity ratio of the tumor and head and chest was 2.44 ± 0 at 6 hours after the injection. 53, 2. 13 ±0. 64.
