目的:筛选研究渴消片的生产工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷含量和干膏得率2个指标来研究药材提取工艺;通过多次试验的方法,来选择确定药材出粉率、膏粉干燥条件、制粒工艺及薄膜包衣的最佳条件。结果:渴消片最佳提取工艺条件是:加水量分别为8倍、6倍,提取2次,提取时间为3h和2h;膏粉干燥条件选择为70℃干燥4h;制颗粒所用乙醇为85%,包衣浆浓度为8%。结论:通过对渴消片生产工艺几个关键点的研究,确定了渴消片的生产制备工艺。
Objective: To screen and study the production process of Zixiao Pian.
