宝钢高炉开发冷却壁与微型冷却器相结合的一整套维修技术 ,成功地应用在宝钢3BF上 ,确保了高炉长寿 :(1 )研制了微型冷却器和炉墙开孔机及其刀具等设备 ;(2 )开发了在冷却壁水管损坏处安装微型冷却器的施工工艺等一整套冷却壁维修新技术 ;(3)开发了由有限元法应力和屈曲稳定性计算及光弹性实验应力分析确定炉墙开孔部位的方法 ;(4)开发了炉墙开孔新工艺
Baosteel Blast Furnace coolers and micro-cooler combination of a set of maintenance techniques successfully applied to Baosteel 3BF, to ensure long life of the blast furnace: (1) the development of micro-cooler and furnace wall drilling machine and its cutting tools and other equipment; (2) Developed a set of new technologies for the maintenance of cooling stave, such as the construction process of installing micro-cooler in the damaged pipe of cooling water pipe; (3) Developed the new technology of stress analysis and buckling stability calculation and photoelasticity experiment stress analysis of finite element method The method of opening the hole in the wall; and (4) the new process of opening the furnace wall was developed
