126例因上消化道症状而行纤维胃镜检查的病例,用幽门弯曲菌(CP)快速诊断试剂进行检测,CP 阳性率最高疾病依次为浅表性胃炎(85.8%),十二指肠球部溃疡(81.8%)及胃溃疡(77.7%)。部分 CP 阳性病例给予抗生素治疗后有明显疗效。
126 cases of upper gastrointestinal symptoms of fibrin gastroscopy cases were detected with Campylobacter pylori (CP) rapid diagnostic reagent, the highest positive rate of CP disease were superficial gastritis (85.8%), duodenal bulb Ulcer (81.8%) and gastric ulcer (77.7%). Some CP-positive cases given antibiotics have significant effect after treatment.
