本文运用并改进的瓶底药膜法,测定了灭多威、硫双灭多威和14个含硅氨基甲酸酯新化合物对美洲大蠊初孵若虫的触杀活性(LC_(50)),并且在确认了若虫之间的生化均一性的基础上,对胆碱酯酶以活体(in vivo)与离体(in vitro)方法测定活力的最佳反应体系及化合物的抑制作用从而提出初孵若虫作为筛选与毒理研究模型的可行性。
In this paper, the contact membrane killing assay (LC_ (50)) of methomyl, thiobornorval and 14 new compounds containing silicon carbamates on newly hatched nymphs of American cockroaches were determined by the method of bottom membrane assay. Based on the confirmation of the biochemical homogeneity between nymphs and the inhibition of the activity of cholinesterase by in vivo and in vitro methods, Nymphs as a screening and toxicology research model feasibility.
