目的 :通过观察益心胶囊对家兔急性心肌缺血模型血浆及心肌组织内皮素含量的影响 ,探讨其防治心肌缺血的确切作用机制。方法 :将 2 0只雄性家兔随机分为 4组 ,每组 5只 ,即模型组、假手术组、益心胶囊组、通心络组 ,以结扎家兔左冠状动脉前降支复制成急性心肌缺血模型。结果 :与模型组相比 ,益心胶囊可明显降低急性心肌缺血家兔血浆及心肌组织内皮素的含量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其作用与通心络胶囊大致相当 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :益心胶囊对心肌缺血具有一定的防治作用 ,可通过保护缺血心肌血管内皮细胞 ,降低内皮素的生成和释放 ,从而改善内皮细胞功能障碍 ,这可能是益心胶囊防治心肌缺血损伤作用机制之一。
Objective : To observe the effect of Yixin Capsule on the plasma and myocardial endothelin levels in rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia, and to explore the exact mechanism of prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia.
