用光镜检查服棉酚、不育及正常人(各2例)睾丸活检,结果:不育者睾丸曲细精管管腔闭锁,基膜增厚,透明样变,腔内以支持细胞为主;生精上皮细胞疏松变薄,组合紊乱,并中止于精子细胞阶段。服棉酚者睾丸萎缩,多数曲细精管退化消失,各级生精细胞消失,仅存支持细胞,且呈空网状结构。间质胶原纤维增生,间质细胞和小血管变性,大量淋巴细胞浸润。电镜观察2例服棉酚1和4年后,停药7和1年精液标本。发现精液中生精细胞和畸形精子仍多,但细胞质内多膜层结构,线粒体呈空泡状,顶体和尾部均不发育。
Gossypol was examined by light microscopy. The testis biopsies were performed in 2 infertile and 2 normal subjects. Results: Infertility caused by atresia of testicular seminiferous tubules, thickening of basement membrane, Lord; seminiferous epithelial cells loose loose, combination disorder, and stop in the sperm cell stage. Gossypol testes atrophy, most of the seminiferous tubules degenerated disappear, all levels of sperm cells disappear, only the remaining supporting cells, and was empty network structure. Interstitial collagen fibrosis, interstitial cells and small vessel degeneration, a large number of lymphocytic infiltration. Electron microscopy 2 cases of gossypol 1 and 4 years after the withdrawal of 7 and 1 year semen samples. Found sperm sperm and abnormal sperm are still many, but the cytoplasmic multi-layer structure, mitochondria vacuolar, acrosome and tail are not developed.
