本文介绍了笔者研制的一种高效节能防堵型喷嘴(PY-Ⅰ型)以及采用这种喷嘴的几种喷水室在纺织空调中的实际运行效果。试验与实测结果表明:PYⅠ型喷嘴具有喷雾角度大,雾化效果好,可在较低的喷水压力下(0.6~0.8bar)成雾等特点,而使用这种喷嘴的喷水室,其热质交换效率明显提高,节能效果明显,维护管理简化,经济效果和社会效益显著。
This article describes the author’s development of a highly efficient energy-saving anti-blocking nozzle (PY-I type) and the use of such nozzles in several water spray chamber in the actual operation of the textile and air conditioning. The test and actual measurement results show that the PYI nozzle has a large spray angle, a good atomization effect, and can be sprayed at a lower spray pressure (0.6-0.8 bar), and the spray chamber using this nozzle is The efficiency of heat and mass exchange has been significantly improved, the energy-saving effect is obvious, the maintenance and management are simplified, and the economic and social benefits are significant.
