从目前已收集到的我地区的资料来看,库容在1,000万立方米以上的水库大多数进行了水文观测工作.而这些观测资料能够应用的却很少.如广西宜山县六坡水库,库容3,000万立方米,考虑重新改建以供综合利用.该库从1958年修建以来,有23年的水文观测资料,但水位观测断面仅有近坝库区内一处,从水库水位推求得的库容差,进行水量平衡计算,算得的日平均入库水量多次出现了负值,详见下表.除水库原实测的库容曲线存在一定误差之外,最主要的原因是近坝库区处的水位低于远坝处水位.实际上,库区水面应为一近似的斜面(见图1),向上游逐渐抬高,用偏低的水
