一、“优秀生”的定义一提到优秀学生,多数人会想到德、智、体、美、劳全面发展。本文中的优秀生指数学学习方面比较优秀的,包括3个方面:①品学兼优的学生,课堂上认真听讲,课堂以及家庭作业按时完成。②头脑灵活,思维敏捷但是比较调皮,课堂上喜欢捣蛋,学习不够踏实,作业完成质量不高。③由于成长及其受教育环境等先天历史因此,造成部分学生接受能力比一般孩子稍差,但自己愿意并认真学习的学生。对于小学生,尤其是三年级的学生来说,由于从一二年级老师的步步引导、细心呵护、面面俱到式的学习模式刚升到三年级,基本的学
