加强手术室消毒灭菌物品的管理是预防术后切口感染的关键因素之一。对各种无菌敷料、器械、引流管等术中使用的物品实施严密的监测和管理,则是降低术后切口感染的基本条件。以常用的种种器械、敷料、引流管作为监控对象,以病员的切口感染率为监测的结果,以此证明加强手术室灭菌物品的管理,首先是对人的管理,必须树立质量为本,加强无菌观念,培养全体人员的工作责任心,组织全体人员进行无菌操作制度的学习,进行规范化操作的训练,牢固树立质量就是生命的思想,把住清洗、消毒第一关。
