假定输入为单频正弦光栅,对刷扫工作状态下线列CCD输出信号的频谱进行了分析。推导出一定条件下CCD飞行方向的MTF表达式,并分解为光积分调制传递函数MTF_i、抽样积分调制传递函数MTF_(si)和抽样输出调制传递函数MTF_(80)之积。分析了刷扫系数η和重迭取样系数ζ对MTF曲线的影响,认为ζ值一般可取2,最大不宜超过4。
Assuming that the input is a single-frequency sinusoidal grating, the spectrum of the output signal of the line CCD under the brushing operation state is analyzed. The MTF expression of CCD flight direction under certain conditions is deduced and decomposed into the product of optical integral modulation transfer function MTF_i, sampled integral modulation transfer function MTF_ (si) and sampled output modulation transfer function MTF_ (80). The influence of brushing coefficient η and overlapping sampling coefficient ζ on MTF curve is analyzed. It is considered that the ζ value is generally 2, and the maximum value should not exceed 4.
