某炼钢厂一台与250 t转炉相配套的减速机在试运行中,减速机齿轮轴发生断轴事故。化学成分、力学性能、金相组织和断口形貌等检验分析结果表明:减速机齿轮轴金相组织存在缺陷,不符合设计要求是导致整个轴强、塑、韧性降低,最终断裂失效的根本原因。
A steelmaking plant with a 250 t converter supporting the reducer in the trial operation, reducer gear shaft shaft accident occurred. The test results of chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure and fracture morphology show that the gear shaft of the reducer has defects in its microstructure. Failure to meet the design requirements is the root cause of the entire shaft strength, plasticity and ductility decreasing and finally fracture failure .
