利用超音速激光沉积和激光熔覆技术分别在中碳钢基材上制备了镍基金刚石复合涂层,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)等手段对涂层显微组织特征、相组成进行了对比分析,探究不同工艺制备金刚石强化涂层的可行性。结果表明:激光熔覆复合涂层的金刚石颗粒发生了严重的烧蚀和石墨化相变;而超音速激光沉积复合涂层中金刚石颗粒分布均匀、无相变;超音速激光沉积涂层与原始粉末的衍射图谱、相组成基本一致,而激光熔覆涂层中产生Cr5Si3、Fe3C等新相。
Nickel-based diamond composite coatings were prepared on medium carbon steel substrates by means of supersonic laser deposition and laser cladding. SEM, EDS, XRD, And other means of coating microstructure characteristics, phase composition of a comparative analysis to explore the feasibility of different preparation of diamond-reinforced coatings feasibility. The results show that the diamond particles in the laser cladding composite coating undergo serious ablation and graphitization transformation, while the diamond particles in the supersonic laser deposition composite coating have uniform distribution and no phase transition. The supersonic laser deposition coating and the original The diffraction pattern of the powder, the phase composition is basically the same, and laser cladding coating produced Cr5Si3, Fe3C and other new phase.
