糖含量是烟叶品质的重要指标之一。烟叶糖含量(还原糖和总糖)的测定常用经典的费林法。该法需用醋酸铅沉淀分离试样中的蛋白质,再用草酸钠除去过量铅离子,预处理手续复杂;滴定过程中每测一个试样均需要更换糖液并洗涤滴定管,繁琐费时。近年来,离子选择电极用于有机物某些天然样品(如蜂蜜、果汁等)中还原糖的测定国外已有报导,但尚未用于烟叶中总糖的测定。我们采用铜离子选择电极电位法测
Sugar content is an important indicator of tobacco quality. Tobacco sugar content (reducing sugar and total sugar) commonly used in the determination of Feilin method.
