从1980年10月到中国作协,至2014年9月退休,我在中国作协从事少数民族文学工作整整34年。漫漫岁月,倏忽而过,可谓快矣。在整理办公室时,我翻检着多年来积存下的各种文件、书信、编辑的书刊、写下的文章、各时期的留影……逝去的岁月,历历在目地浮现于眼前,不禁感慨万千。记得1980年我到民族文学杂志社报到时,编辑部竟然在陶然亭公园深处古色古香的慈悲庵、云绘楼中办公,静谧的陶然亭公园中的《民族文学》正处在紧张的筹备
From October 1980 to the Chinese Writers’ Association and retirement in September 2014, I worked as a Writers Association of China for a total of 34 years in ethnic minority literature. Long years, passing by, can be described as fast carry on. In the process of sorting out the office, I flirted with documents, letters, editorial articles, articles written in various periods, pictures taken in various periods under the cover of many years and accumulated over the years.
