上海港集装箱综合发展公司(以下简称:集发公司)是随着上海港集装箱专业结构的调整应运而生的。目前,公司主要经营国际集装箱装卸、储存、拆装箱、中转、多式联运、船务代理、货运代理及经营集装箱信息技术和管理、保税仓库、集装箱修理、清洗、租赁等相关业务。公司正朝着专业化管理、多元化经营、集团化规模方向发展,使上海港的集装箱吞吐量从1992年的73万箱猛增到去年的93.7万箱,年递增率为28％,比1990年翻了一番。今年上半年,上海港集装箱吞吐量又比去年同期增长了近40％,全年可望突破110万标准箱,显示出强劲的发展势头。

The company is moving in the direction of specialized management, diversification and group scale, bringing the container throughput of Shanghai Port soared from 730,000 cases in 1992 to 937,000 cases last year, an annual increase rate of 28% over 1990 The year doubled. In the first half of this year, the container throughput of Shanghai Port increased by nearly 40% over the same period of last year. It is expected that the container throughput of Shanghai Port will exceed 1.1 million TEUs in the whole year, showing a strong momentum of development.
