近十年来,在上级政府和教育部门的指导下,我市对中小学布局结构积极主动地实施了三轮递进式的动态调整,即构建性调整、适应性调整和战略性调整,使基础教育实现了由学生有学上、有较好的学校上到有规范化学校上的跨越式发展,学校布局结构日趋合理,教育资源配置不断优化,促进了素质教育的全面实施。中小学布局调整工作也走出了一条“因地制宜、动态调控、以调促优、以调增效”的持续发展之路。
