目的:研究外周动脉疾病(PAD)患者血浆中血管内皮生长因子A(VEGF-A)和它的可溶性1型和2型受体(sV EGFR-1和sV EGFR-2)的浓度与营养水平的关系,同时根据身体质量指数(BMI)来评估营养水平。创新点:将血管生成与超重和肥胖及下肢局部缺血联系起来,并根据BMI评估了它们之间的关系。方法:研究组包括46名Fontaine等级IIa至IV且没有任何肿瘤疾病史的PAD症状患者,其中15名BMI正常,21名超重,10名肥胖。对照组由30名不超重且不肥胖的健康非吸烟志愿者组成。试验在上午休息时间采集两组静脉血的血浆标本,用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)方法确定血浆中的VEGF-A、s VEGFR-1和s VEGFR-2浓度。结论:如果PAD患者同时伴随着超重或者肥胖,会影响血管再生的过程。sV EGFR-2水平和BMI值之间有正相关关系,这说明代谢紊乱患者中的一些抗血管生成因子患病率的线性增长的原因,同时这可能是导致PAD患者侧支循环发展效率不完全的众多因素之一。
Aims: To study the plasma levels of vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A) and its soluble type 1 and type 2 receptors (sV EGFR-1 and sV EGFR-2) in patients with peripheral arterial disease (PAD) Relationship while assessing nutritional status based on body mass index (BMI). Innovations: Linked angiogenesis to overweight and obesity and lower extremity ischemia, and assessed their relationship based on BMI. METHODS: The study group consisted of 46 patients with PAD symptoms who had Fontaine grades IIa to IV without any history of tumor disease, 15 of whom were normal in BMI, 21 were overweight, and 10 were obese. The control group consisted of 30 healthy non-smoking volunteers who were not overweight and not obese. Plasma samples from both venous blood samples were taken at rest during the morning and the concentrations of VEGF-A, s VEGFR-1 and s VEGFR-2 in plasma were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Conclusion: If PAD patients accompanied by overweight or obesity, will affect the process of angiogenesis. There is a positive correlation between sV EGFR-2 levels and BMI, indicating the reason for the linear increase in the prevalence of some antiangiogenic factors in patients with metabolic disorders, which may be responsible for the incomplete development of collateral circulation in patients with PAD One of many factors.
