继2006年我会召开了“科技期刊与自主创新”学术研讨会,探讨了科技期刊在科技自主创新体系建设中的地位和作用后,广大科技期刊工作者更加关注科技期刊自身的创新和发展。为此,中国科学院自然科学期刊编辑研究会于2007年11月18～21日在广西南宁召开了第17次学术研讨会——“科技期刊的创新与发展——现状及对策”学术研讨会。这次会议的召开,正值党的十七大胜利闭幕不久。根据
