半导体生产线是带重入型的生产线，与传统 Ｊｏｂ Ｓｈｏｐ 和 Ｆｌｏｗ Ｓｈｏｐ 生产线存在着明显区别。这使得它的调度问题成为一个难点。本文仅对近年开发的调度策略作一个简单回顾。
