一、趁鲜早卖随着人们生活水平的提高,城乡居民尝鲜意识增强,农户可通过早种等方法,让玉米、蔬菜、水果等农副产品早上市,这样不但畅销,而且价格较高。二、贮藏待卖农副产品在上市高峰时往往因供大于求而价格下跌。此时可通过贮藏保鲜的方法先存起来,等到价格回升时再出售,以获得较好的效益。核桃等干果,梨、苹果等水果,绿豆、山芋、花生等杂粮,都可用贮藏保鲜的方法待价位回升时再出售。
