人物简介:王执礼,1950年出生于天津,18岁在河北省青县插队时,成为当地小有名气的赤脚医生。1984年考取天津医大内分泌专业硕士学位,后在天津第二医院担任心脏、内分泌科主任。1990年应邀赴英国布卢姆实验室学习和工作,1995年取得英国伦敦大学皇家研究生医学院医学哲学博士学位。现任英国皇家医学会院士,美国内分泌学会会员,英国伦敦大学帝国理工医学院内分泌系客座教授、高级研究员。2004年,创建了亚洲最大的糖尿病医院——北京朝阳糖尿病医院,并担任院长、内分泌科专家;筹建了中国医学基金会糖尿病基金。连续当选为第十一届、第十二届全国政协委员。
Character brief introduction: Wang Zhaoli, born in 1950 in Tianjin, 18 years old, set foot in Hebei Province Qingxian, became a famous local barefoot doctor. In 1984 admitted to the Tianjin Medical University endocrinology professional master’s degree, later served as the second hospital in Tianjin Heart, Endocrinology director. In 1990, he was invited to study and work at the Bloom University in the United Kingdom. In 1995, he obtained his Ph.D. in Medical Philosophy from the Royal College of Medicine, University of London. He is now a member of the Royal Society of Medicine, a member of the American Society of Endocrinology, a visiting professor and senior researcher of the Department of Endocrinology at Imperial College London, UK. In 2004, it founded Beijing Chaoyang Diabetes Hospital, the largest diabetes hospital in Asia, and served as dean and endocrinology specialist. It also set up the China Medical Foundation Diabetes Fund. Successively elected as the eleventh, the twelfth session of the CPPCC National Committee members.
