我国正处于经济转型时期,社会经济不断发展,职工队伍不断扩大,中央高度重视职工维权工作,多次强调健全和完善工会组织领导下的维权机制的重要意义,要求不断强化工会职能,更好地为职工服务。这不仅关系到如何维护好职工群众的合法权益,更关系到社会政治的稳定。本文尝试对企业工会组织在职工维权中的作用进行简要探讨,希冀为企业工会组织建设提供一定的借鉴作用。
China is in a period of economic restructuring. Its social and economic development is continuing. Its workforce is constantly expanding. The Central Government attaches great importance to workers’ rights protection and has repeatedly stressed the importance of improving and perfecting the mechanism for safeguarding rights under the leadership of the trade union organizations. It demands that the functions of trade unions should be continuously strengthened, Service for workers. This is not only related to how to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of the workers and the masses, but also to the social and political stability. This article tries to make a brief discussion on the role of trade unions in the protection of workers’ rights, hoping to provide some reference for the construction of trade unions in enterprises.
