2015年8月19日,国务院常务会议审议通过了《关于促进大数据发展的行动纲要》,可谓促进我国大数据发展的顶层设计正式出台。会议还明确提出,要引导支持大数据产业发展,以企业为主体、以市场为导向,加大政策支持。上述国家政策的出台,再次为我国各行各业加快大数据的开发和应用指明了方向,注入了强心剂。当前,大数据已是万众瞩目,能源大数据作为大数据的一个重要方向,无疑将再次成为热点。
On August 19, 2015, the State Council executive meeting reviewed and approved the “Outline for Action on Promoting the Development of Big Data,” which formally promulgated the top-level design to promote the development of China’s big data. The meeting also made it clear that we should guide and support the development of big data industry, take enterprises as the main body, market-oriented and increase policy support. The promulgation of the above-mentioned national policies has once again pointed out the direction for accelerating the development and application of big data in all walks of life in our country and infused a tonic. At present, big data is already attracting much attention. As an important direction of big data, big data of energy will undoubtedly become a hot spot again.
