为充分回收矿产资源、提高资源利用率,有效回收暂留盘区隔离矿柱是某大型铜矿必须考虑的一个重要问题。在保障首采区矿房、矿柱采场安全高效开采的同时,为了安全高效回收暂留的盘区隔离矿柱,需要确定合理的盘区隔离矿柱回采顺序。基于地下矿山卸压开采思想,结合矿山实践经验,确定了盘区隔离矿柱回采应该遵循的原则,提出了3种备选回采方案。采用数值模拟方法分析了盘区隔离矿柱不同开挖顺序下采场围岩的力学响应特性,优化了盘区隔离矿柱的回采顺序,为盘区隔离矿柱安全高效开采提供了技术支撑。
In order to fully recover the mineral resources and improve the utilization rate of resources, the effective recovery of the isolated pillars in the reserved area is an important issue that must be considered in a large-scale copper mine. In order to ensure the safe and efficient mining of the mining houses and ore pillar stopes in the first mining area, in order to safely and efficiently recover the temporary isolated ore pillar, it is necessary to determine a reasonable order for the recovery of the isolated ore pillar. Based on the concept of underground mine pressure relief mining and the practical experience of mines, the principle that the mining of isolated pillars in the plate should be followed, three alternative mining schemes are proposed. The mechanical response characteristics of surrounding rock in mining face under different excavation sequences are analyzed by numerical simulation method. The order of recovery of the isolated pillar is optimized and the technical support is provided for the safe and efficient mining of the isolated pillar.
