企业领导干部对改革持何态度,关系到改革能否顺利推进。作者结合有关部门对上海大中型工商骨干企业的100多位厂长(经理)、书记的问卷调查结果,对企业的领导干部关于改革的心态作一简单的分析。
The attitude of the leading cadres of the enterprises on the reforms concerns the smooth progress of reforms. The author made a simple analysis of the state of mind of the leading cadres of the company on the reform in conjunction with the results of a questionnaire survey conducted by more than 100 factory managers (managers) and secretaries of large and medium-sized industrial and commercial key enterprises in Shanghai.
