自全球经济危机过后,我国开始大力发展我国的战略性新兴产业,而财政政策作为政府推进战略性新兴产业发展的重要工具,我国已经出台了一些相关财政政策,并取得显著成就。但在发展过程中显现了一些问题。本文阐述我国战略性新兴产业和财政政策的现状及存在的不足,从直接投入、政府采购和税收优惠等角度对我国战略性新兴产业的发展提出发展建议,促进我国新兴产业的发展。
Since the global economic crisis, our country began to vigorously develop China’s strategic emerging industries. As an important tool for the government to promote the development of strategic emerging industries, China has promulgated some relevant fiscal policies and achieved remarkable achievements. However, some problems arose during the course of development. This article expounds the status quo and existing problems of China ’s strategic emerging industries and fiscal policies. It puts forward some suggestions on the development of China’ s strategic emerging industries from the aspects of direct investment, government procurement and tax incentives, and promotes the development of China ’s emerging industries.
