目的研究原发性高血压及冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与心电图异常的关系。方法将166例高血压病和(或)冠心病心电图异常者,归为异常组;选取同期入院的高血压病和(或)冠心病心电图正常者(正常组)166例作为对照,比较两组一般资料和Hcy水平。结果两组性别、年龄、高血压病程、冠心病发病率无显著差异,但左室舒张末期内径、左房大小、室间隔厚度,异常组明显大于正常组(P均<0.05)。异常组血浆Hcy水平明显高于正常组[(13.1±2.2)μmol/L vs(8.7±1.6)μmol/L,P<0.05]。结论高浓度血浆Hcy可能损害并影响心脏特殊传导系统,引起心电图异常。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy) and abnormal ECG in patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease (ECG) were classified as abnormal group. One hundred and sixty-six patients with hypertension and / or coronary heart disease (normal group) General information and Hcy level. Results There were no significant differences in gender, age, duration of hypertension, and incidence of coronary heart disease between the two groups. However, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left atrium size, interventricular septum thickness and abnormal group were significantly higher than those in normal group (all P <0.05). The level of Hcy in the abnormal group was significantly higher than that in the normal group [(13.1 ± 2.2) μmol / L vs (8.7 ± 1.6) μmol / L, P <0.05]. Conclusion High concentration of plasma Hcy may damage and affect the special conduction system of the heart, causing abnormal electrocardiogram.
