目的:测定痤疮凝胶中甲硝唑含量。方法:用一阶导数光谱法直接测定凝胶中甲硝唑含量。于340.8 nm波长处测定振幅D。结果:甲硝唑在10-80μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=1.0%。结论:该法方便、快速。
Objective: To determine the content of metronidazole in acne gel. Methods: Direct determination of metronidazole content in gel by first derivative spectroscopy. The amplitude D was measured at a wavelength of 340.8 nm. Results: Metronidazole showed good linearity (r = 0.999 8) in the range of 10-80 μg · ml-1 with an average recovery of 99.6% and RSD = 1.0%. Conclusion: This method is convenient and rapid.
