我们于1979—1988年十年间对我市1977—1978年大肠癌普查时发现并摘除的2815例直肠肛管腺瘤、息肉病人进行了四次复查,以探讨直肠肛管腺瘤、息肉经摘除后复发和癌变的情况,影响复发和癌变的囚素等规律,从而为制定合理的大肠癌防治措施提出科学的依据。
During the ten years from 1979 to 1988, we reviewed 4,815 cases of anorectal adenomas and polyps that were found and removed during the 1977-1978 colon cancer screening in our city to investigate rectal anal canal adenomas and polyps. After the recurrence and cancer, affect the law of recurrence and cancer, such as prisoners, so as to develop a reasonable basis for prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer scientific basis.
