目的 探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(gonadotrophin releasing hormone agonist,GnRH-a)长方案中促性腺激素(gonadotropin,Gn)启动日两种不同的雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平与体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)结局的关系.方法 回顾性分析了2009年3～10月采用长方案的体外受精(in vitro fertilization,IVF)周期,共51例,年龄为30～34岁,按Gn启动日E2水平分为两组,组1(E2<20 ph/ml)28例,组2(20 pg/ml≤E20.05).结论 作为降调节标准,E2<30 pg/ml较E2<20 ps/ml优越,IVF结局虽无显著差异,但GnRH-a降调节时间可能缩短,并可能减少过度抑制.
