奶粉问题:宁可虚惊不要放纵2013年8月2日,一个消息如同晴天霹雳击中了众多中国消费者脆弱的心脏:著名的新西兰乳品企业恒天然集团自曝家丑,该公司一个工厂2012年5月生产的三个批次、共38吨浓缩乳清蛋白中检出肉毒杆菌。食品安全无小事,把洋奶粉视为最后一道安全保障的中国消费者对此更是高度关切。虽然该事件终于以虚惊一场落幕,但恒天然在食品安全上宁可虚惊不要放纵的态度最终赢得了消费者的认同,实现了舆情方向大逆转。
