越南最近完成了国家水电规划(NHP)研究,其总体目标是对国内备选的可能水电工程进行评价和排序。介绍了研究采用的主要方法,由于客户、咨询公司以及利益相关方的共同努力,在整个研究过程中方法得以不断的改进。总共对80项可能水电工程分别作为独立方案或是流域综合开发的一部分进行了评价。已经确定了越南所有重要流域的水电工程,并根据经济和环境/社会参数进行了排序。
Vietnam recently completed the National Hydropower Planning (NHP) study with the overall goal of evaluating and sequencing the potential alternative hydropower projects in the country. The main method used in the study was introduced. Thanks to the joint efforts of customers, consulting firms and stakeholders, the methodology was continuously improved throughout the study. A total of 80 potential hydropower projects were evaluated as part of an independent program or a comprehensive basin development. Hydropower projects have been identified for all important river basins in Vietnam and are sorted by economic and environmental / social parameters.
